Pastor Rose is a third-generation minister and dynamic communicator with over 35 years in ministry. Raised in a traditional Pentecostal home, she now ministers with a fresh, humorous, and relatable approach—using real-life stories, hilarious analogies, and the unshakable Word of God to deliver truth that transforms.

For 22 years, she has co-pastored Equip Church alongside her husband of 34 years, Maurice Chavez. She is a proud mother of two daughters, Jasmyn and Jadyn, and grandmother to Chloe. Affectionately known as “Momma Rose,” she is a spiritual mother and mentor to many.

Her passion is to empower women and the next generation to discover their God-given purpose, stand firm in their faith, and boldly carry the baton forward. Her heart beats for a united, thriving Church fulfilling the Great Commission.

Dr. Sally Smale is an author, international speaker, and speaking pastor at Faith Builders Church in Arizona. With over 45 years in ministry, she is passionate about helping others discover and activate their God-given gifts. Known for her humor and transparency, she brings healing and breakthrough everywhere she ministers.

An ordained minister, she is the founder of Establishing Word Ministries and the Compass University leadership program. She and her husband formerly co-pastored a church in Vail, AZ, and have been married for over 50 years. They live in Mesa, AZ, and are blessed with three sons, three daughters-in-love, and nine amazing grandchildren.

Pastor Tiffany Bell is a powerful voice of transformation with over 20 years of ministry experience. Raised near Charleston, South Carolina in a tumultuous home—daughter to a former pastor turned drug dealer—she witnessed the protection of God long before she personally knew Him.

At 22, Tiffany attended an Assembly of God service and said a life-changing “yes” to Jesus. From that moment, her passion for souls exploded. She quickly entered discipleship training, began teaching addiction recovery classes, and soon stepped into youth ministry. Not long after, she helped plant a church that grew from nothing to over 60 members through outreach and discipleship.

Today, she and her husband, Apostle Dr. Howard Bell, lead Yielded Life, an international ministry touching lives across the globe through media and live events. Their message is simple yet profound: when you yield your life to God in love, identity is awakened, purpose is activated, and destiny is ignited.
